
Start by sitting down. Take the hosiery and gather the leg and panty down into folds then place the hosiery over the foot.

Put hosiery on the other foot exactly the same as in step 1.

Gently work the hosiery up each leg and over the knee, then stand.

While standing continue to work the hosiery up the thigh and stretch to panty level.

Work the hosiery over the hips into a comfortable position on the waist. If the fit is not comfortable, ease the legs down and adjust from the ankle.
*When taking hosiery off, reverse the above procedure.
